This Privacy Policy applies to our Tile Match: Triple Puzzle Game (the "App"), published under the developer name Metamorph AI Labs. ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play and other distribution platforms.Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your information — including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) — when you use our application and its services. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application and remove it from your device.

1. About 

Our App is a home screen that also includes built-in casual games. Its features include:

  • A customizable home screen, app drawer, gesture controls, and widget support
  • Built-in offline games (tile match puzzle, jungle river game) with levels, daily streaks, spin wheel rewards, and in-game coins
  • Wallpaper browsing and applying
  • Weather information
  • Web and voice search shortcuts
  • App search, app scanning, and hidden app management

Most App data — including your home screen layout, game progress, coins, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

2. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features. If you contact us for support, you may voluntarily provide an email address so we can reply.

Usage and Device Data

Information may be collected automatically when you use the application, including:

  • Device model, manufacturer, type, and language
  • Operating system and version
  • Screen resolution and hardware capabilities
  • Advertising identifier and app instance identifiers
  • Approximate country / region and distribution channel
  • Time spent in the app, session activity, and feature interactions

Installed Application Information

Because the App functions as a launcher, it reads the list of applications installed on your device (application names, package names, icons, and installation dates). This is required to display your app drawer, allow searching for apps, group or hide apps, and show recently installed apps. This information is processed on your device only and is not transmitted to us or sold to third parties.

Location Data

The App may request access to your device's approximate or precise location, only if you grant permission, and only to display local weather information and relevant regional content. Location access is optional — the App remains fully usable if you deny it, and you may enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Camera and Microphone

The App may request camera access (for example, for scan or capture-based shortcuts) and microphone access (for voice search). These permissions are requested only at the moment you use the related feature, and are not used for background recording. No photos, video, or audio are collected, stored on our servers, or shared with third parties.

3. App Permissions

Depending on your device and the features you use, the App may request the following permissions:

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION Show weather for your area
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED Restore launcher settings, widgets, and scheduled reminders after your device restarts
VIBRATE Haptic feedback for gestures and in-game actions

You may revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device's system settings. Some features will stop working if the related permission is denied, but the App will continue to function as a launcher.

4. Use of Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and personalize the launcher and its games
  • To save your layout, preferences, and game progress
  • To provide interactive features such as streaks, rewards, and coins
  • To notify you about updates, rewards, or changes

5. Advertising

Launcher configuration, game progress, coins, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Analytics and crash data retained by our service providers are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, in accordance with their retention policies.

Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we or our service providers maintain facilities, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence.
