Terms and Conditions

App Name: Tile Match: Triple Puzzle Game Effective Date: July 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tile Match: Triple Puzzle Game (the "App"), published by Metamorph AI Labs. 

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to accept these Terms. Do not continue to use the App if you do not agree with all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Disclaimer Notice:

  • "Client", "You", "Your" — refers to you, the user of the App.
  • "The Company", "We", "Our", "Us" — refers to Metamorph AI Labs.
  • "Party", "Parties" — refers to both you and us.
  • "Content" — refers to all game levels, artwork, characters, wallpapers, audio, text, and software included in the App.
  • "Virtual Items" — refers to in-game coins, rewards, boosters, streak bonuses, and any other non-physical items obtainable in the App.

All terms refer to the agreement necessary to provide our services in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

3. License to Use the App

Unless otherwise stated, Metamorph AI Labs and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the App and its Content.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must NOT:

  • Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license the App or its Content
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute Content
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
  • Distribute modified versions of the App, or upload the App to any store or website other than the official channels on which we publish it
  • Use the App in connection with any unlawful activity

This Agreement is effective from the date you start using the App.

4. Gameplay, Virtual Items, and Rewards

The App includes puzzle gameplay, level progression, daily streaks, spin-wheel rewards, and virtual coins.

  • Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or anything of value outside the App.
  • Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the App only. They are not transferable between accounts, devices, or users.
  • We may modify, adjust, rebalance, expire, or discontinue any Virtual Item, reward, level, or game feature at any time.
  • Game progress, coins, and streaks are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, changing devices, or resetting your device may permanently erase your progress. We are not obligated to restore lost progress.
  • We do not guarantee any specific reward, drop, or outcome from spin wheels, streaks, or similar features.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, bots, automation tools, modified clients, memory editors, or exploits
  • Manipulate the device clock, network, or app data to gain rewards, coins, or streaks unfairly
  • Artificially generate ad impressions, clicks, or rewarded-ad completions
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the App or any servers or networks connected to it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

We may suspend, reset, or terminate your access to the App or any Virtual Items if we reasonably believe you have engaged in such conduct.

6. Advertising

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising, including banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads.

  • Rewarded ads are always optional. You are never required to view an ad to continue playing.
  • Advertisements are served by third-party networks. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content of any advertisement or for products or services offered by advertisers.
  • Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
  • Ad-related data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Launcher and Device Features

Where the App provides home screen, app drawer, wallpaper, weather, search, or widget functionality, you acknowledge that:

  • These features interact with applications and settings already present on your device. We do not control the behavior, availability, or content of third-party applications you launch through the App.
  • Applying a wallpaper, uninstalling an application, or changing your default home screen are actions you initiate and confirm through your device's own system dialogs.
  • Weather information is provided by third-party sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. It must not be relied upon for any safety-critical decision.
  • Device permissions are requested only for the related features and may be revoked at any time in your device settings. Certain features will not function if the corresponding permission is denied.

8. User Content

Parts of the App may allow you to post content, names, or opinions.

  • We do not pre-screen or review content before it appears.
  • User content does not reflect our views.
  • We are not liable for user-generated content.

We reserve the right to monitor and remove content that is offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

By posting content, you agree that:

  • You have the right to post it
  • It does not violate third-party rights
  • It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, or obscene
  • It is not used for spam or illegal promotion

You grant Metamorph AI Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites and may allow you to open other applications installed on your device. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, service, or application. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

10. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the App or any information within it. Content, features, and availability may change without notice.

11. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may release updates, add or remove features, or discontinue the App entirely at any time without prior notice. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system version, or hardware configuration.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App and any Virtual Items ends immediately.

13. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties and conditions relating to the App and its services, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit liability for death or personal injury
  • Limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Exclude liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law

14. Limitation of Liability

As long as the App and its services are provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of game progress, loss of Virtual Items, device malfunction, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metamorph AI Labs against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Reservation of Rights and Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and may be communicated within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
